Note: In order to enable more international tea lovers to experience Fenghuang Dancong Oolong tea economically, we have selected four representative flavors, namely cinnamon, jasmine, narcissus and peach, to share with you at an ultra-low price. These fragrant tea varieties are also known as "Everyday Oolong Tea", meaning varieties consumed in daily life with high cost-effectiveness.
A Sip of Mountain Poetry
Born in the mist-wrapped volcanic slopes of Chaozhou’s Phoenix Mountain (1,000+ meters), this tea thrives in a celestial terroir:
Climate: Year-round fog, mild winters, and cool summers nurture leaves into emerald treasures with thick buds and organic richness.
Leaf Quality: Handpicked from 30–50-year-old bushes, these semi-oxidized oolong leaves unfurl into golden-amber liquor with natural floral sweetness and a lingering "Shan Yun" (Rock Rhyme) finish.

The Art of Aroma Roulette
Phoenix Dancong is renowned for its "One Bush, One Fragrance" philosophy, with over 100 aroma profiles ranging from Osmanthus to Cinnamon. Our curated Daily-Consumption Grade selection features:
Cinnamon Spice – Warm, woody notes with a honeyed undertone
Jasmine Breeze – Delicate white floral layers
Narcissus Elegance – Mineral-rich with orchid freshness
Peach Blossom – Juicy stone-fruit sweetness

Why "Daily-Consumption"?
Crafted for tea lovers seeking affordability without compromise, these "Pantry Staples" blend artisanal quality with everyday practicality. Each gram carries the essence of Phoenix Mountain’s volcanic soil, priced for daily rituals.

Brewing Ritual
Chaozhou Gongfu Method (Adapted for Western Kitchens)
- Water: 95–100°C spring water (boiling for bold aromas like Cinnamon Spice; 95°C for lighter profiles like Jasmine Breeze).
- Leaf-to-Water Ratio: 5–8g per 150ml porcelain gaiwan (fill 60% to preserve leaf integrity).
-
Steps:
- Quick Rinse: 3-second flash steep to awaken leaves (discard first infusion).
- 1st–5th Infusion: 3–5 seconds – capture floral highs.
- 6th–10th Infusion: Gradually increase steeping time (+5–10 sec/round) to unveil caramelized fruit notes.
Why This Tea Stands Out
Heritage Meets Accessibility: While premium Dancong teas often exceed $1,000/kg, this selection democratizes the "Tea of Emperors" with small-batch authenticity.
PGI Certified: Protected Geographical Indication ensures true Chaozhou terroir.
Cultural Quirk: The term "口粮茶" (Daily-Consumption Grade) bridges Chinese pragmatism and global tea culture – crafted for daily rituals without compromising on Phoenix Mountain’s legacy.
