How to Brew Black Tea:

1. Measure the Tea:
   Place an appropriate amount of loose tea leaves into a teapot or gaiwan (lidded bowl).

2. Rinse the Tea Leaves:
   Pour 100°C (212°F) hot water over the leaves, then immediately drain the water after 3 seconds.

3. Steep the Tea:
   Refill with 100°C hot water.

   • For the first few infusions: Steep for 8-10 seconds before pouring out.
   • For subsequent infusions: Gradually increase steeping time to 15-30 seconds.
   • Typically, the leaves can be brewed 10-12 times.

4. Important Note:
   Avoid prolonged steeping of tea leaves in hot water to prevent bitterness.
